By booking a session you will learn the tools of how to practice Mindfulness Meditation. This practice is proven to lower stress levels, promote clarity, stability and cultivate a loving attitude.
These 45 min sessions begin with an Intro to Mindfulness Meditation and move forward with deeper insight into the practice.
We do not view this practice as a way to self improve, rather rediscovering what has been here the entire time.
